Doctors, midwives, and lactation consultants all agree: Mina is a healthy, thriving, beautiful little girl. In fact, depending upon the release of the latest standings, she may soon become the number one ranked baby (quarter-Asian, quarter-Jewish division) in the entire Eastern seaboard. You go girl!
Week two contained a lot of firsts (all of which must have exclamation points):
- belly button makes first appearance!
- first real bath!
- first time surpassing birth weight (day nine)!
- first poop explosion onto a parent (just playing, that totally happened last week)!
- first nickname she will probably dislike (Squeaky Turtle or Squeaky Turts, for short)!
Mina is looking forward to week three. What will come next?
